Ad aprire il ciclo di appuntamenti sarà un’occasione speciale: “Serata al Fresco”, un’esperienza all’insegna della sostenibilità in collaborazione con “Cotti in Fragranza”, progetto a sostegno del carcere minorile Malaspina di Palermo a cui verrà devoluto parte del ricavato per l’acquisto di nuovi macchinari destinati al laboratorio di panificazione.
La serata vedrà protagonisti i nuovi vini biologici Fresco di Masi e speciali piatti in cui la cultura gastronomica veneta e quella siciliana si mescolano in un gioco di sapori.
Una cena a quattro mani a cura dello Chef di casa Masi Vitangelo Galluzzi e dello Chef siciliano Francesco Gambino del progetto “Cotti in Fragranza”.

Masi Tenuta Canova’s wine-tasting dinners are back, and the series of events will open with a special evening: “Serata al Fresco”, an experience in the name of all-round sustainability I collaboration with “Cotti in Fragranza”, a project in support of the Malaspina juvenile prison in Palermo, which will be gifted part of the proceeds of the evening to purchase new machinery for the bakery workshop.
The evening will feature Masi’s new Fresco organic wines and special dishes in which the gastronomic cultures of the Veneto and Sicily come together in a riot of flavours. Guests will enjoy a dinner created four-handedly by Masi Chef Vitangelo Galluzzi and Sicilian Chef Francesco Gambino of the “Cotti in Fragranza” project.
